We can prepare Construction Budgets at any stage in the Project, usually at Conceptual Stage, 50% drawings, 90% (Tender) drawings and 100% (IFC) drawings.

We can act as the Project Manager, overseeing a General Contractor, or act as the Construction Manager hiring the (sub-) contractors on behalf of the client
ABOUT
Lochend Projects Inc. was founded by Peter and Jetty Kuipers in the spring of 2015, with a mission to provide top notch Construction Management services to clients in the Water & Wastewater, Industrial, Commercial and Institutional Building sectors.
Peter Kuipers
Peter is a well rounded construction professional who has worked in the industry for over 30 years, for the most part in Calgary, Alberta. His experience lies in different types of construction like Roadwork, Underground, Bridges, (Waste-)Water Treatment Plants and ICI buildings and in various roles of increasing responsibility from Superintendent to Project Coordinator to Estimator, Project Manager, Branch Manager for national and multi-national contractors and since 2015 as Managing Director of Lochend Projects. During his career he has built a solid reputation of knowledge, integrity and loyalty which has resulted in a strong network of relationships in the industry, from trade contractors to architects, engineers and clients.
Jetty Kuipers
Jetty Kuipers provides Office Management and Accounting support to the company. Her extensive career in Administration and Accounting started in the Netherlands with companies like Rabobank and Avebe. After moving to Calgary in 1997 she was Consular Officer at the Consulate of the Netherlands for 18 years.
